KEEP HAUS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is a deposit required?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your celebration.
Should your plans change, your retainer will be held as a credit and may be applied toward a new event date within 12 months of your original celebration, subject to availability.
What time is setup?
Our team arrives approximately 1 to 2 hours before your scheduled start time to ensure every detail is prepared before your guests arrive. Setup is completed before your rental begins, so your reserved booth time is yours to enjoy in full.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. KEEP HAUS is fully insured, and proof of insurance is available upon request. If your venue requires it, we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance and list them as an additional insured before your celebration.
Requests to extend beyond scheduled time?
If you'd like to extend your booth experience, we kindly ask that all additional requests be made no later than 2 hours prior to the end of break down time.
Do you provide props?
Absolutely. We offer a thoughtfully curated collection of stylish, modern props designed to complement a variety of celebrations and aesthetics. If you're envisioning something more personalized, custom props are also available for an additional investment.
Can the photo booth be outdoors?
Yes, outdoor setups are possible! However, we recommend an indoor setup whenever possible, as weather conditions, direct sunlight, and changing lighting will affect the overall experience and photo quality. If you would like an outdoor setup, we kindly ask that the booth is placed in a shaded or covered area on a stable, paved, or hard surface. We are unable to set up on mud, dirt, loose gravel, or uneven ground. The equipment must also be protected from weather conditions, and an indoor backup location is required if inclement weather is possible. We’re always happy to work with you and accommodate your event needs whenever possible!
What kind of accessibility is needed at the event venue?
We require a level, clean, and accessible setup area approximately 10' × 10' with at least 8 feet of overhead clearance when using a backdrop. Our equipment requires step-free access to the setup location. If the event is above the first floor, elevator access is required for setup and breakdown. A standard 3-prong electrical outlet is required within the setup area. If power access is unavailable, a wireless setup option may be available as an additional service.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
We understand that plans can change. While cancellations are non-refundable, any payments made will be applied as a credit toward a future celebration. Your credit may be used within 12 months of your original event date, subject to availability.
